Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a CRM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM activity for the US and other markets, driving customer engagement and commercial growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns using our CRM tools, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
- Leverage data streams for segmentation and targeting.
- Design and execute A/B testing campaigns to optimize results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.
- Ideal experience with the USA market or Gaming/eCommerce background.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- Familiarity with Bloomreach and/or other CRM platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
