About the Role

Molex is seeking a skilled Project Sourcing Specialist to enhance sourcing capabilities and increase competitiveness of new products in the Consumer & Commercial Solutions (CCS) division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting New Product Development (NPD) sourcing, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply appropriate category strategies to new product sourcing needs
  • Conduct new product development from sourcing and achieve successful launch
  • Create technical RFQ and process quote gathering
  • Promote PBM (Principle Based Management) culture and Molex branding

Requirements

  • Proven experience in New Products Development Sourcing or Engineering
  • Procurement expertise in categories: stamping, plastics, FPC (flexible printed circuit)
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in both English and Polish
