Seeking an Offshore Installation Manager for a major wind developer based in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Coordinate safe planning, execution and logistics of offshore installation activities.
  • Implement work authorization, custody and handover procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee asset management and maintenance from package delivery to final handover.
  • Implement the Offshore Management System (OMS).
  • Define and manage the scope of Harbour supervisor, Site technicians, Site admin and Marine Coordination Center staff roles.
  • Manage consolidated punch lists and ensure close-out by contractors.
Requirements
  • A minimum 3-5 years of documented experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale wind farm projects, including 2-3 years of documented leadership experience.
  • Strong technical skills, adaptability, teamwork and excellent communication abilities.
  • Good English language skills in writing and verbal communication.
