**Role Summary**

Quod Financial Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its Connectivity Development team in Gdansk.

This full-time position involves working with cutting-edge financial technology and electronic trading platforms.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing market API documentation, creating clear and actionable documentation for developers, and helping to standardize functionalities across various market components.

### Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze market API documentation, focusing on FIX protocol, and assess its integration with our electronic trading platform.
  2. Develop detailed stories for developers, providing clear explanations and answering questions.
  3. Contribute to standardizing functionality across more than 100 market components.
  4. Maintain relationships with markets, liquidity providers, and other financial institutions.
  5. Clarify ambiguities in API documentation and certification processes with markets.
  6. Collaborate with a Scrum Team, sharing functional expertise to guide development processes.

### Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech/Banking or 3+ years in other domains.
  • Strong English language skills (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear documentation writing skills.
