Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a key member of our international team based in Sekocin Nowy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to IT users across four locations: Warsaw office, Sekocin Nowy, Janki showroom, and warehouse. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and the IT Service Desk team in other EMEA locations.

  • Your main tasks will include first- and second-level support for Standard Applications (M365, Adobe, and VPN software).
  • You will be responsible for software provisioning (SCCM) and client hardware and peripherals installation, maintenance, and provisioning.
  • This role also involves network support (LAN) and monitoring of WAN and server, mobile devices and contracts management, introduction and training, license management, project work, local contact for Platform Services, and quotes and order process of hardware.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have relevant educational qualifications and additional trainings for Microsoft (MCP level) and Cisco / Meraki.
  • Experience in managing warehouse IT systems is necessary, along with at least 3 years of work experience in the IT Service Desk area.
  • A solid understanding of ICT service operations and basic ITIL knowledge are required.
  • Broad technical skills in hardware, OS, and software (Microsoft) and basic technical skills in Server OS, network, storage (SAN, NAS) are essential.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English is necessary.
