CNC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Engineer to join our team in Skawina, Poland and contribute to the advancement of medical implant technologies.

• Interpret project drawings to determine part-specific requirements and collaborate with the engineering team for CNC program alignment with project needs.
• Setup CNC machines for production configuration and ensure precision and quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct test runs to verify CNC outputs meet specifications and provide technical expertise in CNC machines, tooling, and fixture development.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in CNC program design and analysis for milling and turning.
• Experience in 5 Axis & Turning Programming, Hyper mill CAM tool, and medical component is a must.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in CNC programming.
• Strong knowledge of metal machining processes and engineering materials.
• Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and validation techniques.
