Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect Feature Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Screen Engagement Interface Tribe, you will work closely with our Solution Architect, Technical Leads, Application Domain Owners, Application Owners, and other collaborators to design robust, reliable, performant, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a coherent IT solution for the communication and reporting platforms that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure that the IT solution aligns with the Enterprise architecture standards and the business needs.
  • Ensure end-to-end consistency of solution delivery across teams by organizing walkthroughs of the solution with delivery teams.
  • Ensure that the solution meets guidelines and standards for design and development.
  • Undertake hands-on development, establishing prototypes or proof of concepts to prove the key components of proposed new architecture.
  • Estimate effort to implement the solution at Tribe level.
  • Present proposed solutions to technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Support Product owners in preparing features and translating them into workable PBIs for the delivery teams.
  • Mentor and support delivery teams in implementing Features and PBIs in line with the architectural solution.
  • Perform design reviews to ensure functional and technical consistency of solutions.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience in designing solutions in a distributed environment.
  • Preferably demonstrable experience in developing solutions with Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in delivering multi-platform designs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down sophisticated problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a changing environment and participate in the change.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assertiveness in driving tasks to completion.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, as well as offshoring, is desired but not essential.
