Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing budget and trend processes, analyzing key reports and indicators, and implementing necessary corrective actions. The successful candidate will also act as a Stream Lead and Country Referent, providing expertise on Stream related topics and Projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage budget and trend processes together with the preparation, analysis, sharing, and monitoring of key reports and indicators to support various stakeholders.
  • Identify relevant risks and opportunities, propose, and implement necessary corrective actions, while harmonizing processes across all countries with a view to drive efficiency while complying with group standards.
  • Act as a Stream Lead and Country Referent, providing expertise on Stream related topics and Projects, animating the Stream across Zone, comparing performance between countries, and overseeing expense forecasting.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic professional with a change mindset and at least years of relevant previous experience in financial controlling.
  • University degree in Finance & Accounting or/and International Business & Economics.
  • Independently manage workload and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a common goal.
  • Good analytical skills as well as an ability to step back and see the 'big picture'.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: communicating, defending ideas, and convincing.
  • Efficiency-oriented: proactively challenging the status quo to design more efficient ways of working.
