As a Senior Data Quality Specialist, you will be part of this dynamic team, working closely with colleagues to ensure best-in-class technology and a data-driven culture.

About the Role

This critical role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in our Global Shared Service. The Senior Data Quality Specialist will operationalise our strategy to measure and improve data quality across the enterprise, actively contributing to the implementation of services for data quality monitoring, reporting framework, and data quality lifecycle management.

You will work with colleagues across Heineken to implement and mature our approach to how data quality is measured and visualised. This includes facilitating our Design Reference Groups for DQ, engaging with colleagues from our operating companies, and tracking continuous improvement actions and progress. You will also manage DQ related projects and team members, ensuring success through co-creation and collaboration.

A core goal of our data quality service is to provide operating companies with the insight they need to remediate data quality issues. Additionally, functions running strategic programmes require accurate understanding and planning for the work required to get data ready for change. You will provide services to support these outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include defining DQ strategy and roll-out plan, collecting DQ demand based on OpCos and business owner requirements, translating business needs into actionable plans, prioritising projects versus resources, and proposing DQ agenda and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORTING DEFINING DQ STRATEGY & ROLL OUT PLAN FOR THE DQ FACTORY
  • COLLECTION OF DQ DEMAND BASED ON OPCOS, BUSINESS & FUNCTIONAL OWNER REQUIREMENTS TO ADDRESS THE MOST CRITICAL BUSINESS ISSUES
  • TRANSLATING THE BUSINESS NEEDS INTO ACTIONABLE PLANS ON HOW TO IMPROVE DQ
  • PRIORITISING PROJECTS VS RESOURCES & PROPOSE DQ AGENDA & PLANNING

You are a good candidate if you have a degree in Data Engineering or Computer Science, 5+ years' experience in a data quality analyst role in a large enterprise, proven record of Master data knowledge, and experience in leading big projects and teams.
