Job Title: Wine Sector Sales Director

About the Role

SIA Hermes invest is seeking an experienced Wine Sector Sales Director to lead our sales team in Poland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the wine sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wine industry.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Polish market.
  • Bulletin builder retailer relations and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Organize wine tastings and events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
