Job Title: Wine Sector Sales Director
About the RoleSIA Hermes invest is seeking an experienced Wine Sector Sales Director to lead our sales team in Poland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the wine sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wine industry.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Polish market.
- Bulletin builder retailer relations and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Organize wine tastings and events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
