Senior Production Planning Specialist

Hermes Reply is seeking an experienced Senior Production Planning Specialist with a strong background in Delmia Ortems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing production planning and resource management solutions, collaborating with our internal team and clients to understand their needs and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Delmia Ortems-based solutions for production planning and resource management.
  • Configure the software to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
  • Maintain ongoing research on new features and best practices of Delmia Ortems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Delmia Ortems.
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning processes and resource management.
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Italian or German language is a plus.
