Michael Page is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in a key strategic location. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
  • Coordinate with IT support to maintain office equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Plan and organize team events, training sessions, and company celebrations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workspaces and technology.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar operational role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
