Project Coordinator

At INFUSE, we're passionate about innovation and collaboration. We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive our design projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process to ensure high-quality results that meet company standards.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Conduct design quality assessments and recommend improvements.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with other teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain design standards to ensure alignment with company branding and stakeholders' expectations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma and ability to create mood boards and conduct research.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading and managing projects is a huge plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:00/1:00 PM till 9:00/10:00 PM EEST.
