About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as a Demand and Supply Planner. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions.
  • Reporting out-of-stock situations to commercial Export Market business and providing an overview of supply situation and availability.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with Supply Hub and Customer Service teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain.
  • Executing demand and supply planning activities within in-house systems.
  • Optimizing inventory management processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinating product Master Data setup and ensuring efficient material creation process.
  • Managing demand and supply processes in SAP/APO.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning in a corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes.
  • Technical skills (Excel, SAP APO/SNP).
  • Very good problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability.
