TN Poland seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial processes and manage a team of finance professionals.

Job Description

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company. They should have a strong background in managing finances for companies with international operations and excellent analytical skills. Fluency in English at a C1 level is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial processes in the company and its foreign subsidiaries
  • Create budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Optimize accounting processes and cost control
  • Manage a team of finance professionals based in Poland
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic planning
  • Cooperate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and insurance companies
  • Report financial results to the Group CFO (based in Denmark)
  • Develop and implement tools for financial process automation
Requirements

The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience within the finance area, including 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and experience in managing finances in companies with international subsidiaries.

They should also have proficiency in financial analysis and business modeling, as well as excellent command of English (C1 level).
