**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Solutions Expert to join our team at Groupe SII. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the implementation of e-invoicing solutions in our operations in Poland.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Utilize SAP knowledge to integrate e-invoicing solutions effectively, ensuring seamless operations and accurate data mapping.
  • Optimize SAP invoicing modules for e-invoicing compliance, streamlining billing processes to align with e-invoicing requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of external e-invoicing solutions to drive successful implementation, ensuring billing operations support e-invoicing initiatives.
  • Integrate e-invoicing solutions with existing systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful e-invoicing initiatives, leveraging your expertise in e-invoicing requirements and project management.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in e-invoicing project implementations, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, OpenText VIM, external tools for e-invoicing solutions, and billing processes.
  • Familiarity with Polish tax laws and e-invoicing regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT or Finance.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
