About the Job

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and interpret data submissions to ensure accuracy and quality, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of platforms that verify, monitor, and analyze data, utilizing your technical skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Handle client data requests, conducting specialized analyses and automating recurring reports to enhance efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Review and approve necessary changes to data submissions, monitoring trends related to technical developments and providing actionable insights.
  • Address quality and delivery issues through direct communication or project management tools, maintaining high standards and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Participate in expert committees and workshops, actively contributing to meetings and driving innovation within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering meaningful insights, setting clear expectations, and meeting their needs.
Employer Requirements
  • Fluent in English and German (minimum C1/C2 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and a relevant university degree, demonstrating expertise and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with complex formulas, data analysis, and automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes and delivering value.
  • Proven client communication and service skills, with a focus on understanding business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 70,000 PLN ( Polish Złoty ) - 100,000 PLN, depending on qualifications and experience. The salary will be discussed during the hiring process and may be adjusted based on market conditions.
