We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to work on our ETF/Credit Desk project.
The successful candidate will have experience in working with market-making Credit traders and understanding their requirements.
The role involves ensuring full definition, visibility and understanding of the requirements across all stakeholders.
The Business Analyst will communicate the detail of the requirements to the technical teams and architectural lead to ensure delivery of a high-quality solution.
The position requires project management functions; tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders, senior management and to the Rates/Credit Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering and defining requirements from market-making traders.
- Knowledge of Credit Bonds and ETFs as financial products.
- Experience in requirements gathering and requirements analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile IT process including User Stories and scrum/sprint cadences.
- Strong project management skills.
