About the Position

This is a fully remote position with a clear schedule, offering full-time or part-time opportunities (business and weekend hours). Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless communication between non-English and English speakers.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls in a professional manner, acting according to the Interpreter's code of conduct
  • Take notes during calls
  • Maintain accuracy and transparency during conversations
Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Ukrainian (native level)
  • 1+ years of interpreting experience
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology
