We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team at ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure seamless testing processes.
- Develop and implement effective testing procedures, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Coordinate and manage UAT testing, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Domain Test Manager to drive test objectives and achieve project goals.
- Analyze test progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance testing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of test activities, defects, and results, using appropriate test design techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve testing methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in managing test automation
- Strong understanding of API principles and experience in coordinating UAT tests
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification or higher preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
ERGO Technology & Services S.A. offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
