TN Poland is seeking a highly skilled International Order Management Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Consultant with French Language Skills, you will be responsible for managing orders from B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing Orders: Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Daily Communication: Establish and maintain daily contact with clients via various communication channels to address their queries and concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer requirements are properly dealt with, and issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:
