Job Description: As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving technical relationships with our prospects, proactively managing and delivering technical information to ensure customer happiness. You'll work closely with Sales Representatives to bridge the technical gap between them and their prospects, ultimately driving business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a strong understanding of technical aspects.
  2. Excellent communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  3. Prior experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
  4. Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions.
  5. Ability to scope solutions using existing products and influence new product development.
  6. Flexibility and agility in your approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing environments.
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.

Desired Skills: Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions, knowledge of Customer Service software, Employee Experience, ITSM, AI, Telephony (CTI), Business Intelligence, Integrations, REST APIs, Middleware. Call Center experience highly valued.
