We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to lead our firm's global social media strategy and execution. This role will play a pivotal part in driving audience growth, engagement, and visibility through organic and paid social media campaigns. You will oversee the creation and implementation of social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and growth, as well as ensure consistency across all social media channels through coordinated updates and best practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and edit engaging content, including articles, blogs, videos, and reels
- Maintain the global social media content calendar for timely and relevant posts
- Research social media trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- Promote a social-first mindset within the organization for communications and campaigns
The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related discipline.
