We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our out-of-hours business travel operation, you will provide expert assistance to our clients whose travel has been disrupted or who need to make urgent bookings.

The Role:
  1. You will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing travel disruptions or requiring urgent bookings.
  2. Your primary responsibility will be to answer calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
  3. With your extensive knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus systems, you will offer expert advice on all aspects of travel, including fares and ticketing.
  4. You will work closely with our day team to maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by them.
  5. In addition to providing assistance to clients, you will also perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares, issue and re-issue tickets, and source the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes.
