Our fearless reporting team requires a skilled Video Editor to join us in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will excel at editing fast-paced news stories, documentaries, and engaging social media content.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

1. Edit high-quality video content for news reports and investigations with precision and speed.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to implement color grading, motion graphics, and compelling storytelling techniques.
3. Optimize content for maximum engagement on YouTube, Telegram, and social media platforms.
4. Maintain exceptional visual quality and accuracy in all edits while meeting tight deadlines.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

1. Experience in news or political video editing with a proven track record.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.
3. Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail to craft compelling narratives.
4. Fluency in Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian (English is an asset).
5. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
