Event Coordinator, Europe

The Opportunity:

The Event Coordinator, Europe will be responsible for the execution and coordination of all regional and local events to help deliver results against business objectives and priorities. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a team that will bring the Avantor brand experience to life to support business segment and corporate priorities and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute event strategies aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Oversee logistical components of regional and local events.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout event planning and management.
• Evaluate event performance and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree combined with extensive experience in corporate events management, or related agency experience with a successful track record in event and tradeshow organization, coordination and execution.
• Solid experience in matrix organizations and exposure to business operations across multiple European countries.
• Fluent in English and either German or French, with additional EU language skills being a plus.
