This role involves leading the development and deployment of the Sourcing Strategy for all Facility management services across manufacturing plants in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational agility and stakeholder influencing skills, with a broad-based understanding of business operations and practices as well as core Procurement areas of focus.
- Lead development and deployment of Sourcing Strategy for FM services
- Build and manage strategic plan for key deliverables in Productivity, Cash & Sustainability
- Partner with external suppliers to develop and evolve FM strategy in Europe
What We Expect:
- Min. 5 years of experience working within a Procurement environment
- Strong background in FM Sourcing or FM Operations
- Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices as well as core Procurement areas of focus
- Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business priorities
