About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at TN Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing accurate and timely bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits, as well as maintaining accurate records of customers' accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Preparing statements
  • Taking customer payments over the telephone
  • Taking care of Accounts Receivable for an Ireland-based newspaper, retail, and stationery company
  • Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to the Supervisor on the progress of accounts status

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English at the intermediate level
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Ability to stay focused on routine tasks and adapt to change
