Required Skills and Qualifications

• Practical experience using MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, to manage large datasets and create complex spreadsheets.">
• Higher education or last year of studies in finance or real estate management, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.">
• Previous experience in finance or accounting, preferably in lease accounting, with a proven track record of success.">
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
