About the Role

We're seeking a Cyber Security Incident Response Manager to lead and enhance our incident response program. In this role, you'll manage security incidents from detection to resolution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to our security framework.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Developing and leading the incident response process, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  2. Enhancing our incident response strategy, ensuring that policies, plans, and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  3. Managing security incidents, overseeing detection, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
  4. Investigating cyber threats, conducting root cause analysis, and working with development teams to implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborating with stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and law enforcement agencies.

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in cyber security incident response.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading incident response teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
  • A strong understanding of incident response frameworks, including NIST and SANS.
  • Deep knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
