About the Role
We're seeking a Cyber Security Incident Response Manager to lead and enhance our incident response program. In this role, you'll manage security incidents from detection to resolution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to our security framework.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and leading the incident response process, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Enhancing our incident response strategy, ensuring that policies, plans, and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
- Managing security incidents, overseeing detection, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
- Investigating cyber threats, conducting root cause analysis, and working with development teams to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and law enforcement agencies.
Requirements for Success:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in cyber security incident response.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading incident response teams.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
- A strong understanding of incident response frameworks, including NIST and SANS.
- Deep knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and security vulnerabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
