Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at OLX. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce.com environment with 1000+ users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot issues in our Salesforce.com environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate the implementation of new processes.
• Recommend solutions to improve user experience and automate tasks.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet operational requirements.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Work with our Customer-facing teams to establish suitable processes for administrative, development, and change management activities.
• Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce skillset and adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Cloud (Service and Sales) and Experience Cloud.
• Preference for Salesforce Certified Admin (ADM201 and ADM211).
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Experience with Einstein for Service, Service Cloud Voice, and CRMA would be an advantage.
• Working experience with CTI solutions (implementation, maintenance, customization).
• Knowledge of how to integrate with modern IT systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
• Strong data management abilities, including loading data to salesforce via data loader, and record of building and running complex reports and queries.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Experience with e-commerce/classifieds platforms preferred.
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
