We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical expert to join our dynamic team of engineers.

As a Technical Expert for Adobe Experience Manager Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service and Java 11.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Get involved in site implementation for international clients by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Help design the architecture of the solution, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate daily with the team and customer to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Discuss customer requirements, design and propose the most optimal way for development, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Design and implement solutions to digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe EM product suite.
  • Participate in technical problem resolution, providing critical thinking on the development approach and suggesting improvements.
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
  • Adopt and utilize iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards, maintaining a clean and efficient codebase.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of J2EE development experience, with a focus on large-scale enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) solutions, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager related technologies: OSGi, Java Content Repository, Apache Sling.
  • Good understanding of at least 1 public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), with experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
  • Strong experience with modern JS frameworks, like React or Angular, ideally building websites utilizing them in pair with AEM.
  • Deep knowledge of AEM MSM concepts, including multi-site management and content replication.
  • Version control: Git, with experience in using branching models and collaboration tools.
  • Build frameworks: Maven, with a focus on automating builds and deployments.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability, with experience in debugging complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
