Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to oversee and manage both local and cloud-based server environments, administer the organization's mail systems, and Active Directory services. As a key member of our IT team, you'll provide support to other departments, contribute to the development of IT infrastructure, and foster a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

This role requires on-call availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the server environment based on local Windows operating systems and cloud-based systems (GCP and Azure), including installation and configuration of systems and applications.
  • Update and monitor maintained systems to ensure continuity and security.
  • Administer the organization's mailing systems, resolving issues related to mail delivery, monitoring mail security systems, creating and modifying rules, and audits.
  • Manage identities and permissions through Active Directory and EntraID services.
  • Oversee services and applications within the M365 package (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
  • Support other departments in their duties.
  • Contribute to the development of IT infrastructure and create technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or related.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2).
  • Higher education in the field of Computer Science or related.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and newer.
  • Solid experience in administering Active Directory.
  • Ability to manage services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, IIS, RDP, etc.).
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid configuration.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform services.
  • Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, especially in environments such as GCP and Azure.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management issues, especially integration with AD and Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services and applications.
  • Knowledge of High Availability, Fault Tolerance, Disaster Recovery, etc. issues.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code solution (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Ability to write scripts in PowerShell.
  • Good knowledge of the SMTP protocol and email security topics.
  • Knowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure monitoring tools.
