Job Description

This diverse, hands-on role involves utilizing advanced technologies and data insights to drive innovation, enhance risk management, and empower informed decision-making within the Risk and Compliance AI & Analytics Team.

Your Role
We're looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join our team, responsible for using data analysis and modeling techniques to assess and manage various types of risks in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, maintaining, and presenting risk management models using Python and SQL
  • Creating Python and SQL scripts for automation and optimization of existing processes, managing various requests from stakeholders
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions that inform decision-making
  • Supporting Risk and Compliance Department teams as well as stakeholders with their requests
  • Understanding the source, scope, and limitations of data, developing a comprehensive grasp of how to manipulate and understand data
  • Creating documentation and performing tests on built models in line with Model Risk Management Framework
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Actively sharing knowledge with team members

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages
  • Knowledge of risk management concepts and methodologies
  • Ability to work with large and complex data sets, using various tools and techniques to extract, transform, and analyze data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex and technical information to various audiences
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, as well as problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure
