We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Randstad Polska. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a leadership role in financial planning and control.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately 80,000 - 100,000 PLN per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical care, life insurance, sport card, lunch card, holiday bonus, annual bonus, and more.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for end-month closing, reporting, and gap analysis versus budget on the full P&L. You will also control production cost, standard cost, sales prices, margins, overheads, overdue balances, and monitor plant risks and opportunities.

You will work closely with local and regional management to identify and set performance improvement initiatives, prepare annual budgets, and assist local accounting in annual financial audits.

Your Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an automotive plant controlling environment. Advanced English (B2+) and Polish (B2+) language skills are essential, as well as strong MS Office working knowledge, especially Excel.
