Controller Manager

We are representing a robust and innovative family-owned company operating in the distribution of heavy-duty vehicles. This company has recently expanded its business in Poland and is now seeking a Finance Manager with expertise in accounting and controlling functions.

1. Supervise and lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Ensure compliance with Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) when preparing statutory financial statements.
3. Develop a chart of accounts tailored to specific reporting standards, controlling requirements, and tax laws.
4. Verify balances with contractors, manage company assets, and maintain comprehensive accounting records.
5. Prepare reports and statements for the management board, banks, and external institutions (US, ZUS, GUS, NBP).
6. Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to guarantee accurate reporting and adherence to regulations.
7. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
8. Optimize invested capital.
9. Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to protect assets and ensure data integrity.
10. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability.
