Responsibilities- Understand client objectives and communicate them effectively to the development team
- Collect and manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Prioritize and coordinate project tasks efficiently
- Create mockups of proposed solutions and present them to clients
- Coordinate meetings with clients and ensure effective communication
- Analyze data in SQL-type databases and collaborate with the development team
- Support testing processes and maintain analytical documentation
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a business/system analyst position, focusing on gathering and documenting requirements
- Previous experience in Data/Business Intelligence projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
In addition to technical skills, you should possess:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
- Good organization and time management skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow
