Product Manager - API Strategy

We are Statscore sp.z.o.o., a leading company in the sports industry, and we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our API products portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate market research and business insights into actionable product plans.
  • Prioritize and refine the product backlog, defining detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track performance, iterate on product features, assess business impact, risks, and opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
  • Build relationships with clients and assist sales and marketing with product knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and incorporate enhancements into the product suite.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product development or a similar role.
  • Strong technical background in IT focused on APIs, data feed structures, or similar.
  • Knowledge of project management principles in the Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of product design processes, product life cycles, and experience conducting user research.
  • Team leadership and management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with users/clients.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicative English (at least B2 level).
