As a key member of our team at TN Poland, you will have the chance to leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations to drive business transformation. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in delivering advisory services in the field of enterprise management systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will support clients in selecting the most suitable business solutions and participate in advisory projects for implementing SAP systems in the HCM area. Additionally, you will contribute to post-implementation reviews of chosen processes and coordinate main project tasks.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
- SAP SF EC, PMGM, LMS, or COMP certificate.
- In-depth understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
- Able to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data models and knowledge of XML.
- Ability to configure systems in accordance with solution design & configuration workbooks/business blueprints.
- Preparation and execution of test cases/test plans/test scripts.
- Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience in standard project tasks: test cases, analysis, documentation.
- Higher education degree.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
