Your Role

As a Senior UX Designer at Allegro, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Designing and implementing user-centered interfaces that meet business objectives and customer expectations
  • Leading design projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing mobile/desktop web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and accomplishments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
