Job Description

Company Overview:

As a leading technology company, Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys, and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for the company. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide lab infrastructure support for the local site and region.
  • Collaborate with internal user groups on requirements and solutions.
  • Define, acquire, deploy, and maintain lab physical and virtualized environments.
  • Monitor and respond to complex issues and requests.
  • Coordinate downtimes and changes.
  • Ensure security compliance.
  • Contribute to automation and standardization.

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Understanding of computer networks and key technologies of IT environments build out.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in deployment and administration of Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems.
  • Interest in automation and related experience.
  • Good level of English for effective verbal and written communication.
