As a Customer Experience Research Project Lead, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing research programs to deliver actionable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and experiences. Your expertise will inform business decisions and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodologies, survey design, journey mapping, data analysis, and project management. You'll partner with stakeholders to develop and execute programs using various research methodologies, including passive listening, surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc. Your work will contribute to strategic planning supporting overall business objectives.
You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their research needs and priorities. Effective communication of research findings is essential to drive decision-making and foster a customer-centric culture. You'll lead the management of customer experience research programs, including project planning, survey development, build, testing, creating closed-loop processes, dashboard creation, insights analysis, and action tracking.
