We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Procurement Specialist to join our Accounting Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in accounting and procurement.

About the Role:
  • Process vendor invoices, prepare payment runs, and support manual payments.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to update vendor Master Data maintenance.
  • Lead regular meetings with Business and Functional Owners to align on vendor invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data.
  • Deploy SAP Ariba and OCR functionality to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting with 5+ years of End-to-End AP experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of AP/GL accounting transactions.
  • Efficient and precise invoice processing using OCR tools and SAP is required.
