About the Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies, as part of a consulting or implementation team.
  • Develop functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Act as a team leader, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or business architect as needed by the project.
About the Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementation.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant processes and business models in the insurance industry.
