Technical Software Tester

We currently have an opening for a Technical Software Tester to join our Hybrid Work team in Warsaw. As part of this role, you will work with our foreign partner in the banking sector.

• You will design and execute test cases for desktop applications, focusing on network connectivity, TCP/IP protocols, and hardware interactions.
• Validate client-server communications and data transmission integrity.
• Test hardware peripheral connections and interactions.
• Perform functional, hardware compatibility, regression, and integration testing.
• Document and track software and hardware-related defects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Collaborate with developers for issue reproduction and debugging.
• Validate application behavior under different network conditions and hardware configurations.
• Monitor and analyze system resource usage and performance.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware architecture.
• Experience with device drivers and hardware interfaces (Windows + Linux).
• Proficiency in using network analysis tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, OpenWRT).
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic scripting/programming skills.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.
