About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Credit Controller at Olympus Business Services Sp. z o.o. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the creditworthiness of our customers, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer credit risks by evaluating their financial history, credit reports, and payment behaviors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage credit risks and optimize credit limit availability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and local management to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor debtor balances to minimize DSO and address financial concerns.
  • Collaborate with the receivables insurer to ensure accurate reporting of figures.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to credit management.
  • Provide regular updates to management on outstanding issues and potential areas of risk.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement through process training and documentation.
