Job Description

As a Business Transformation Lead at Altimetrik Poland, you will be responsible for leading a critical Human Capital Management (HCM) project involving the integration and separation of two companies transitioning into independent legal entities.

About the Project
  • This role requires exceptional stakeholder and risk management as well as navigating competing priorities while managing an external workforce.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines to achieve project goals.
  • Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders from both companies, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • IDentify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop contingency plans and monitor risk factors continuously.
  • Navigate and manage competing priorities to ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on separation projects and HCM.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors.
