The Reality Games team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Artist for Mobile Game Development. As a key member of our art and development teams, you will bridge the gap between art and technology to ensure our game looks visually stunning and runs smoothly across various devices.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development.
  • Proficiency in optimizing assets for mobile performance (Android and iOS).
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the art and development teams to ensure seamless integration of assets.
  • Ensure that all visual assets are optimized for performance without compromising quality.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to graphics and animations to ensure performance across a variety of mobile devices.
  • Create both 2D and 3D animations to improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop and implement particle effects using Unity's Particle System.
  • Create and optimize shaders using Amplify Shader or custom HLSL shaders to enhance visual quality.
  • Assist in prototyping visual effects to enhance gameplay.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Unity features and best practices.
