Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our agile development environment, you'll be responsible for automating solutions that drive the next generation of background screening.

Your primary focus will be on owning initiatives that include automating complex cases, integrating QA automation at the CI/CD level, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions. You'll also be responsible for implementing and maintaining performance and security testing protocols as part of the automation suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate solutions that drive the next generation of background screening
  • Own solutions and outcomes by automating complex cases and integrating QA automation at the CI/CD level
  • Collaborate with agile teams to develop scalable solutions
  • Implement and maintain performance and security testing protocols as part of the automation suite
  • Provide detailed reports and insights from automated testing to enhance product quality
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to increase efficiency and coverage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of QA experience in high volume SaaS platforms
  • Minimum 3 years working as a full-time automation engineer for a customer-facing high volume SaaS platform
  • Minimum 2 years working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred)
  • Experience with QA Automation platforms and technologies including CI/CD level automation integration
  • Proficiency with specific automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Knowledge of performance testing and security testing practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
