About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled AML & Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Majorel Poland Global. As a key member of our Risk & Anti Money Laundering (AML) assessment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of merchants for Nets International card and Dankort services.



Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for handling customer card applications in a professional, positive, and effective manner, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with AML regulations.
  • Your tasks will include solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures, risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • You will also control and handle Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) and other relevant AML tasks to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
  • As a customer service representative, you will provide excellent support to customers and coworkers, acting as a subject matter expert in the area.
  • You will communicate complex matters effectively and explain them in a clear, concise manner.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance or law, preferably with experience in Financial Crime Compliance (KYC, AML/CTF, etc.).
  • A minimum of 2+ years of previous experience in handling customer applications and administrative tasks is required.
  • You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with Danish and English languages is essential, with additional language proficiency being a plus.

  • A competitive salary range of approximately PLN 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
